 Allen & Francine Fosdick

Allen & Francine are prophetic, healing, revivalists who have been called for such a time as this. They have five children and currently reside in PA.

Allen and Francine are the visionaries of People of Prophetic Power Ministries, Up Front in The Prophetic Media Ministries and Eagle Mountain International Training & Retreat center. The Fosdick’s have a passion to equip a supernatural generation with the word of God, needed for the last-day harvest.

Jeannine Ouellette

Jeannine is a widow, mother and grandmother. Jeannine has been involved in ministry for over 25 years. She has served as team leader for Bible study and prayer coordinator for Love Inc. for two years.

She is a speaker and author of “The Power of His Name.” and her newest releases “Why Pray” and “When God became Flesh” and Abandoned yet not forgotten.Jeannine has currently joined her Son n Law, Allen and Daughter Francine’s ministry as the Prophetic Intercessor Coordinator and woman’s bible study leader.

Dr. William Elizuk

William is an innovator of cutting edge fitness and thoroughly understands the magnificent movement concepts and function of the body. Dr. B is a trainer, author, educator, infrared laser specialist, holistic health practitioner, 23 year educator and expert in the area of human performance and movement concepts. He translates and applies this magnificent knowledge and correlates it to the word of God, resulting in mastered understanding and health for individuals.

William Elizuk has authored Cross Training Connection; Let God Be Your Personal Trainer for Mastered Health; along with a journal and Walk for Jesus program for you. He travels where God leads him to empower individuals to catch the wind of change and experience good health, high energy, and knowledge to fulfill their God given purpose and talent with joy.

Mary Elizuk

Mary takes her 25 years as Vice President in the corporate world and Fitness Manager experience and combines that knowledge with the word of God to promote fullness and wellbeing. With her spiritual gift of counsel, she guides families to become aware of the power of their words. 

Focusing on Woman’s ministries, Mary equips woman to break bondages, raise healthy families, and strengthen marriages.  Together she and Dr. B (husband of over 30 years, author / speaker / professor), travel with their program Cross Training Connection. CTC provides churches with expert scripturally based wellness programs and workshops. These fun and exciting workshops provide guidance to families to fulfill their God given purpose.

Randy & Patti Johnson

As assistant Pastors, Randy and Patti will work in harmony. While Randy has a pastors heart, Patti flows as a intercessor, seer prophet. Under the Lord's direction, Randy and Patti are moving their family to Pennsylvania and will join Allen & Francine Fosdick at POPPM/EMITRC as they step into full-time ministry.  Randy and Patti have been married for 23 years and will reside in PA. They have two sons: Charlie and Joel.
